MULTI-DAY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are no longer able to join a trip, our cancellation fees are listed below.
Notice given Cancellation Fee
More than 14 days before trip start date $150 (deposit can be used as credit on future trips)
7 - 14 days before trip start date $150 + 25% of trip cost
48hrs - 7 days before trip start date $150 + 50% of trip cost
within 48hrs of trip start date $150 + 75% of trip cost
TRACK CLOSURE
In the unlikely event of a track closure due to severe weather or a natural disaster, we will endeavour to provide you with alternative options as follows:
1) Find an alternative trip for the days originally booked (subject to availability)
2) Reschedule the original trip for a future date
3) Provide a refund, less the $150 deposit (can be used as credit on future trips)
