This is an easy walk through the bush, then high into the mountains of the Kahurangi to our own beautiful 'Lake District' with many cirque lakes close to each other.

This trip can be either a 5 hour walk, or you can stay in the hut overnight and do some exploring of the nearby mountains, with views of mountain ranges as far as the eye can see.
